DUTY: Collaborate with customers. Gather information on the owners’ requirements, dog’s welfare needs and grooming history. Take into account coat type, length and condition (i.e. wool, wool mix, wire, silk, smooth, double and combination coats). Manage expectations of the groom in terms of the appearance, duration and cost. Identify and agree the outcome. Record the requirements in line with salon procedures.
